Shipping Information

Free shipping applies to shipments of 3 cases or more per box.  Shipping cost will be incurred on shipments containing less than 3 cases per box at $7.00 per case.

Rush delivery is available via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, or UPS 3-Day Select®. Please call us in advance for additional shipping costs and options.

In-Laboratory processing time is typically 24 hours for a new appliance construction. If an unavoidable delay should occur, you will of course be notified immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Each appliance is unconditionally warranted for a full 90 days from the date it leaves our laboratory. Any repairs or adjustments which become necessary will be done free of charge.

DIGITAL

Scans received with brackets and attachment will not be warranted for fitment, depending on the type of appliance fabricated (eg: essix, night guard, etc)
